Dollar Tree - Worst Customer Svce - Cashier Customer Svce


At the Milford, CT store, I was told they don't accept People's Bank debit cards for payment - and never had. My bank statements show otherwise. I have been going to the store for years. I was told by the cashier, "You may have been here before, but you didn't use that card." Such outrageous rudeness shown to a longtime customer is incredible, and permanently damages their brand.

the no refund policy is clearly printed on the reciept if people would open their eyes!!
Its a dollar store, come on people! stop giving these dollar tree employees such a hard time..they work hard for very little

Can't help but to wonder if the people running these places qualify to be there, but it must start at the management level, that they pick sheeple. Why don't they tell you before you buy that they have a no refund policy? Are we all to be sheeple, grining at the low prices at the checkout? They give you their no refund notice on the back of the receipt! How legal is that!? I told the sales clerk that it is an offer and that I don't accept that offer, but it didn't matter to her since she has to manage as she is instructed. I will not return to that Dollar Tree, no, not me!!!

I know the district manager of this store, and he would NEVER tolerate this kind of behavior, call him and make a complaint--he will handle it promptly...his name is Bill.

I love your store, shop there often but I have an issue. I bought some cordial cherries milk chocolate candies for my sons birthday. When he opened the box all the chocolates were melted. I tried to return them and i was told I needed to open another box of cherries (at the store)until I found a box of unmelted one. Well, my problem is they are a gift also it's not my job to go through dollar trees inventory. All I wanted was my $1 back or store credit. I have never seen a sign or posting of any kind saying, not reurn on damaged food. Please help me resolve my delema. Thanks Ann DeBock
